Age Restrictions for "Disaster Prevention Experience Tour for Foreign Residents"
Participants must be 9 years old or older.
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We set age restrictions to ensure the safety of every participant.
(Visitors may still observe the tour even if they do not meet the restrictions below.)
  • Earthquake: 3 years old or older
  • Firefighting: 3rd grade at elementary school and above
  • VR: 2nd grade of elementary school and above and height of 100 cm or higher
*There is no age restriction for the smoke maze experience.

『外国人のための防災体験ツアー』は、9歳以上の方から参加可能です。
16歳未満は必ず保護者同伴の上、ご参加ください。

Free shuttle bus service
Complimentary shuttle service for the event is available between Takamatsu Station (Tama Monorail) and Tachikawa Life Safety Learning Center.
The administration office will inform you of the service details when your participation is fixed.

  • Photography and video recording of the event
    The administrative office takes photographs and videos for an event record. Please note that the organizer, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, may use the images for future publicity.
  • Handling of personal information
    The administrative office uses the applicants' personal information only for operation and management of this program.
    The administrative office takes necessary security measures to strictly manage the applicants' personal information.
    Tokyo metropolitan government outsources the handling of personal information to an external entity with which it has concluded an agreement concerning the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
  • Questionnaire survey for participants
    The administrative office will conduct a questionnaire survey at the end of the tour for all participants. Please note that the metropolitan government may use participants' answers provided for its publicity (e.g. the website of the Bureau of Citizens and Cultural Affairs). In that case, it will make sure to avoid using any personal information that can identify individuals.

    ツアー当日の様子を写真（動画）撮影いたします。記録写真（動画）は、本事業主催である東京都の広報活動やメディアの取材等に活⽤させていただく場合がございます。
  • 個人情報の取扱いについて
    取得した個人情報は、本事業の運営管理の目的にのみに使用させていただきます。
    取得した個人情報は必要なセキュリティ対策を講じ、厳重に管理致します。
    本事業は、個人情報保護法に関する契約を締結した外部事業者に個人情報を取り扱う業務を委託します。
  • ツアー終了後のアンケートについて
    ツアーに参加された皆さまは、ツアー終了後アンケートを実施いたします。アンケート内容について、個人を特定し得る情報を伏せた上で、東京都生活文化局ホームページ等での広報資料として活用させていただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
